Department: EMH Emergency RoomSchedule:RegistryShift:As NeededHours:Job Details:Job Summary: Performs behavioral health biopsychosocial assessment for Emergency Department patients, gathers patient information through interviews with patient, family members, significant others and/or outside sources with patient’s permission; provides crisis intervention. Performs assessments, documentation and community referrals for the homeless and for adult victims of domestic violence. Utilizes appropriate resources while maximizing funding available. Experienced LCSW with experience working in a Emergency Department setting. Position is for weekend day shift coverage.
